I bought Amélia for the domain name daisyworld.fr. Unfortunately my site (wordpress) was hacked and I had to delete and reinstall wordpress. 

Therefore I now have to reinstall Amelia. But when I want to download the file via my customer area it tells me that it is impossible.

Can you tell me the reason please? 

I tried to delete the domain name in my customer area but that doesn't work either.

Can you tell me the procedure to follow to reinstall Amélia thank you
