I want to create a package of 5 x 1h30 massage to choose freely. I manage to create a package with recurring appointments but always at the same time. I want the client to be able to choose the days and times of the 5 services. Should we add an extension? Sincerely
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, there is no option to make recurring appointments within Amelia package, but allow me to explain how it works. You can create a package with as many services as you want and each service can have a certain number of appointments configured, that can be booked by the customer. Or you can configure the total number of appointments for the whole package.
On the booking form, when a customer chooses a package, he can choose the date and time for an appointment based on the employee work hour configuration.
You can configure if the appointments are going to be mandatory and also, if a customer doesn't choose an appointment here, he can schedule the appointments later through the customer panel. Please, find more information regarding the packages on this link.
