We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there! After a customer books I want to be able to set the time in the Amelia backend manually but it is only giving me the time slots officially available to customers in the frontend too. Is there a way to overrule this so I can set the times for each customer according to my preference? Thanks. Best, Steffi
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In settings role settings you have option to allow the admin to book at any time. If you enable this option you can book from 00 to 24. This is the only option that we can offer you in that regard. Hope this helps.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko!
I checked and I already have this option activated. But what I'm still experiencing is that when I have an appointment that I for example want to change to 13:00 it doesn't allow me because 13:00 is already blocked. Is there any option that this is overruled?
Best, Steffi

Hello again,
No, you can not book over already busy time slot. If you have a break, or something already set to busy in calendar or some appointment you can not book over that since this will be considered double booking and Amelia is designed to prevent this. You can book outside employee work hours but only to available time slots. What you want is not possible to achieve Im afraid.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
