Thanks for reaching out to us. By default, one customer can only select one appointment per booking, that means that he can only select one appointment for the service offered through the booking form. By using our Cart feature, they can add multiple appointments to the Cart, so at the end, they can book multiple appointments for multiple services with one booking.

As for the description, this depends on the booking form. For example, if you use Step by Step v2, then the description will not be visible, it would be shown like this 

But, if you use a different shortcode, for example, a catalog booking form then the description would be shown when a customer click on a service or a package

Thanks for the explanation. Unfortunatelly, this is not possible since in Amelia the appointments are booked for services, not vice versa. They see the timeslots for the service selected and when they book, this is what we call an "appointment".

Yes, i've read that, but notice that this feature leads to the "Shopping Cart" which is already completed. 

As I provided the link to this feature and explained previously, only with this feature your customer would be able to add multiple appointments for services to the cart. Perhaps, you've missed the link leading to this feature.
