We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Please cancel my Amelia subscription and issue a refund. The form has not worked as expected, and I have wasted a lot of time discovering that it does not cooperate with the theme I have chosen.

Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ and under "My Licenses" click on the Three Dots on the right-hand side of the license you want to submit a refund request for:
If you don't see it, that means that the 15-day money-back guarantee period ended, and as per our refund policies (Amelia Refund Policy, wpDataTables Refund Policy), you're no longer eligible for a refund. After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
In the meantime perhaps we can help. If you only want a refund because it does not work with your theme you can send us a couple of screenshots or explain in short one minute video of the issue and maybe we can help you to resolve this issue. If you do not want that we respect your decision and you can ask fro a refund in the way that we explained above.
