Whenever I edit the meeting from a Staff panel, employee for that panel gets changed. It does not happen if I do it from the admin panel but only if I do it from the staff panel, not sure what is causing it but it's severely at fault.
If you require another piece of settings to be recorded, I'm at disposal.
This happens when there is some conflict of roles if you are admin and employee for example or if you are using the same mails address for both roles.
Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee or employee and customer. etc. Or if this user has the same mail as other user for example admin/manager and employee or employee and customer. etc.
If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.
After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.
Yeap, believe it wasn't the role issue rather issue with cookies. I assume Amelia sets specific cookies in relation to some values therefore even though I was logged in as "admin" maybe in the cookies I was a manager with another email so appointments went there instead.
I tried in another browser and it worked without an issue. Believe I just gotta hard destroy cookies in incognito mode to properly test.
Glad to hear that all is fine now but if you test front end while logged in it will save you as customer also so it would be best to always test from the incognito mode.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
