We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
We're creating a website for a client who has 3 employees with 3 different Stripe Accounts, is it possible to set up Stripe across these three employees? Or does there's need to be just one main account and then 3 accounts branching off? I saw in the documentation that it is possible to create a transfer system, so you can transfer a fixed amount to the employee, can this be set to 100%? And also what are the fees involved in tranfering 100% to the employee? https://wpamelia.com/stripe-connect/
Thanks,
Iain
Hi Mike,
Thanks for reaching out to us and apologies for the delayed answer. By default, you can only configure one account for each payment method including Stripe. You will only have the option to enter the credentials for one account. With Stripe Connect, this option is extended, and you can now link employees’ Stripe accounts, allowing them to automatically collect their payments. There are two options "transfer" and "direct charge", while you will be able to configure the transfer to 100 percent, in this use case, it would be more appropriate to use "direct charge" and application fee to 0. Please note that this is a fairly new feature so not all "combinations" have been tested and we are still working on improving it.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

It is possible to use "direct charge" and application fee to 0? Because I tried and this is not working if i set to 0. (I also already created a ticket about this few weeks ago)
Hi Nael,
I guess this is also related to the same issue that we previously discovered ( I remember your ticket). It would need to be tested as well. I will forward the use case to the QA Team / Devs.
Kind Regards,
