You can set in customize section that this field is mandatory
But we are not sure that you can achieve what you want this would be some custom adjustment and we do not provide support for that and we can not guarantee that this will work. Since WP mails for pass reset are sent from WP not from Amelia so we are not sure if this is possible or not.

trying to modify a notification function, so I could send a WP account password reset link into the notification mail.
