1. When I customize the labels for Recurring Popup on the Step-by-Step Booking Form, they change on the form in the customizer but not on the live form. All the other labels change on both forms.
2. A new user made his first booking with Amelia and WooPayments, creating a linked account automatically. When he logged in to make a second purchase, a blank line reading "Venue Rental x 1" for $0.00 appeared in the order summary and caused an error when confirming the order (see attached). He created a second account and the situation repeated itself exactly. The Amelia user is linked to the WP user correctly. The failed orders are listed as Pending in WooCommerce and do not appear in Amelia. I've tried to recreate the problem by creating dummy accounts, but I don't get the $0.00 charge or the error. I'm assuming that's the problem, since I've combed the database and it seems to be the only difference between the failed orders and the successful ones.
1. We have a bug related to recurring labels our developers are aware of this and they are working on resolving this issue in one of the following updates. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
2. If the payment failed it would be best if you can reach out to WooCommerce support team so that they can check this ontheir end. Amelia has nothing to do with payments we only provide integration so that you can use it with Amelia but as soon as you click on continue WooCommerce takes over and this all happens in WooCommerce on their end. Hopefully they will be able to resolve this.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Hi,
Love the plugin, but I do have two issues:
Thanks in advance,
Josh
