I'm having issues with both myself as the admin, as well as customers and employees being able to book appointments in time slots that should be available. I've double-checked all the employee's work hours, all the service durations, time required before booking, and everything else I can think of. All the settings seem to be correct and everything seems to work as expected most of the time. However, I'll get random time slots that should be open where it won't let us book an appointment. I should also mention that this only started happening after I updated the site to WordPress 6.6.1 and updated the Amelia plugin to the latest version (7.7.1). I've attached a screenshot showing one example from today (8/7/2024), but this is also happening elsewhere. I have an employee whose 5:30 & 6:00 PM time slots are open on her calendar, but those times are unavailable to select from the frontend and the backend for both her as an employee role and me as an administrator role, even with the "allow admin to book appointment at any time" option selected. Any suggestions on what may be happening or how to fix this? We've been using Amelia for over a year now and have been very happy with it, but this issue is causing a lot of headaches for me and the employees, not to mention the fact that we're now losing money because customers aren't able to book for times that should be open. I need to get this fixed as soon as possible! Thank you for your help!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you checked the Google Calendar schedule? I guess that the timeslots are registered as "Busy" on the Google Calendar since you've checked all other stuff. There is an option in Google Calendar integration settings called "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots". You can disable this option and test it again.

Hi James,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you checked the Google Calendar schedule? I guess that the timeslots are registered as "Busy" on the Google Calendar since you've checked all other stuff. There is an option in Google Calendar integration settings called "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots". You can disable this option and test it again.
Of course, let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
