I changed the information in the email that people receive when they book an event, primarily because I changed the event address. However, they are still receiving the information from the previous text and conflicting information, despite having adjusted the text several times in the Notifications section of the plugin. Thanks for reaching out to us. This could be an issue with the second notification template. If you added a second language in General settings, then in the notifications template in the upper right corner, you will find the expanding menu. In this menu, you will find the template for each language you have in Amelia. It could happen that the text is sent from the second template, so please double-check this option. This would be my first guess, but of course, if that's not the case, we will continue investigating.
