I found a bug in your software. If a customer returns to book and uses a new phone number, that phone number IS NOT updated in the database. The original number that was associated with that "Customer" is maintained and not updated with the new phone number. I only found this issue because I was testing some new items and inadvertently added a wrong phone number.
Thanks for reaching out to us. It's not a bug, there is no automatic update of the customer information. If a customer already booked an appointment in the past along with the phone number and email, each time he booked a new appointment, Amelia will store the appointment for the already existing customer. There is an option in User Role settings called "Check customer's name for existing email/phone when booking". Enable this option to ensure that customers using an existing email or phone number maintain consistent first and last names. So, one email - one customer, it won't update, but rather assign to the already existing customer.
However, you can edit the phone number (and other information) manually in the Customer section as an admin or a customer can do it through the customer panel.
