Hi Team,
I am currently choosing "Create a data table linked to an existing data source", and i would like to have the first column which is the 'year' data to be uploaded as the string, right now it is always 'interger' when I upload it.
I'm choosing 'plain text' now for that column on google sheet.
Many thanks.
Hello Lucas.
If the data pulled in the first 10 rows contains only numbers, wpDataTables will see it as an integer or as a float column.
With this method (data linked to a source), you can't choose the column type during the creation of the table, but you are able to change the type afterward, through Column Settings:
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
