Hi there, we set up two different services and want to make on service only available for booking starting somewhere in Ocotber. How can we manage that? For now I made only one service public and hid the other one so that's not visible for bookings. But we would like to change that so our clients could see already and book appointments for the second service starting October.
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can use the option "Minimum time required before booking: " in service settings. There is an option to configure this in General settings, but it can be configured for each service separately. This will allow you to configure the time before the appointment when customers will not be able to book the appointment.

I tried different things with the one service (Gratis Videogesprek) which kind of works outbut as you recommend i only can set that there for certain parameters (1 hour to 6 months) but i can't really choose freely, right? The other thing is when i look at the possible bookings from October on (slots are similar every week with Monday, Wednesday, Friday) i only see some of them - some of the Wednesdays are missing. What is the reason for that?
Currently, there is an option to select the time from 10 minutes to 6 months. We suppose this would be appropriate for most users, but if you want to see the other durations, you can suggest this as a feature so we can add it in future updates. As for the missing days, this could be probably because you have days off configured, you can check this in the employee settings.
Well, that explains it. Thank you, i was not thinking about that. I opened the feature for adding an individual starting time for the services. It would be really handy because the difference from 4 weeks to three months is just too big of a time difference unfortunately. Ok, you can close this ticket then. Have a nice day!

i put in these two periods as days off but not more. There are also no Special Days configured. Appreciate your help.
Every week we have the same hours for the service "Gratis Videogespreek" - i can't figure it out where this could go wrong.

Perhaps they are coming from the Google Calendar? Do you have a Google Calendar signed in for this employee? Perhaps dates are marked as "busy" there?
