Do we can autorize the employee to schedule / postpone his appointement in his employee's panel at any time and any day he wants without taking care of his work hours and the service duration .?
Closed
So my employee have a day with 2 appointement.
It takes aproximatively 4h30 to do one haircut. So we set the duration for a service on 4h30.
We also set the work hours from 10 am to 11 pm.
So he has 1 appointement at 10 AM and another one at 2:30 PM.
The issue is :
The customer call to postpone the appointement from 10 AM to 10:30 AM, so 30 minutes later. My Employee is ok and his agree to start at 10:30 AM and keep the second appointement at 2:30 PM still.
The issue is : he can't change the hours on his employee panel.
I think I understand why , the logic behind this. I supose the logicial calcul the hours so it is automaticaly blocked.
But I want to know if there is a solution for the employee to schedule / postpone his appointement in his employee's panel at any time and any day he wants without taking care of his work hours and the service duration .
If no, is there a workaround ?
Thank you for you reply
Hello Nael,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For that purpose, you will need to enable the "Manage their appointments" option on the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Employee page.
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Kind Regards,

It his already activate but he can't do it.
Look :
they can not even postpone of one hour .
For example in the screenshot i sent you there are 2 appointement.
One at 10.30 Am and a duration of 4.30 hours (so ends at 3 pm) and a second wich start at 4.20 pm.
So there is a "free time" / "gap" of 1 hour and half beween each appointement.
But the employee can not postpone himself even i set this in general settings.
Only me can do it (look below)
Hello Nael,
Thank you for the update on this.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hello Nael,
Thank you for the update on this.
Do I have your permission to add an employee and test this out myself with that employee and then let you know?
