After last update, there is an issue with Sync of appoitments to Google calendar. We are using Google business account. Everything worked fine before. No changes in API settings. I meant the employees calendar - google business account.
Update: Today online order via woocommerce, appoitment approved no Sync to calendar. Another appoitment via phone call, manually created appoitment in back end, approved and Sync to calendar was OK.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Looks like there is a conflict between user permissions. Can you please let me know if there is any customer or employee with the same email as the admin user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that customer or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.

Update: Check the calendar settings. Set timezone/country for correct one, but still didnt sync new appoitments

Hello Dalibor,
My apologies for not being clear enough in my last response.
The issue does not come from conflict between permissions, but I wanted to enable one specific hidden option to resolve this issue.
If you could provide me with admin credentials of an admin that has correct permissions to update data in Amelia, that would be great.
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

What role you need to have for access this hidden feature? I already provided the credentials to you with admin rights? Credentials are still live.
Hello Dalibor,
I would need the credentials of another admin user as this one does not have correct permissions as I mentioned in this response.
Looking forward to your reply.
