Forgive me if I was not clear. I do not want to deactivate the LICENSE, I want to deactivate the PLUGIN at the multisite level for testing. Even though I have deactivated the plugin on the Network admin, I do not have an option to deactivate the plugin on the subsite. I have never experienced this with a plugin before.
Apologies from my side, I misunderstood. To be honest, first time seeing it, as well. I guess you can provide the WP admin credentials, so I can consult developers to take a better look.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks, it's working now. I do see the option to deactivate the plugin on your subsite. I double-checked and it's the site (https://mynny.biz/wp-admin/plugins.php) that should be the subsite since I see the "network admin" as the main one.
I just updated Amelia on WP Multisite (subdomain). I do NOT have it network activated, as only a few subsites use Amelia.
HOWEVER, when I go to one of the subsites that uses Amelia, I cannot deactivate it because it says it is network activated. (see attached).
