Good morning and hope this email finds you well! I'm still currently looking into services offered by Amelia - with regards to notifications sent through emails and Whatsapp notifications, is it somehow possible to set different Appointment Approved messages according to the category of services booked? I'm asking because while some booked services are physical and require no Google Meet appointment, the online services do require a Google Meet appointment and this needs to be sent as part of the notification. However, it doesn't make sense that the physical ones receive a Google meet link.

For email, SMS, and Whatsapp notifications, you have an option to create a new notification where you can assign a specific service or services to that notification.
