Last weekend I faced a issue where the tables on my website weren't loading, from the Friday until Monday I was unable to see the tables and edit them.

There have been no updates to our plugin during this time, so nothing coming from our end could have caused this. The plugin, as all other plugins and themes, reside on your hosting provider's server and database, so a number of factors could have caused this issue, from one of the other plugins updating or cache being stored for an older version of the page, to your hosting provider's database/server issues.
If you haven't made any changes to our plugin, there's nothing in it that would stop it from working.
Please reach out to your hosting provider and ask them for error logs to see what happened during this period.
