One of my sites has been forwarding the notifications coming to her email and it appears there are tags that have stopped working. Any idea what could be wrong and how to fix it.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you tried copying/pasting them again to the notification template? Sometimes you need to "verify" the placeholders by selecting them from the menu and then just pasting them to the field.
