We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Good morning
I have a "problem" I want to put services such as horse riding, astronomy, etc. But of course these services are not always repeated in the same order and sometimes not even on the same days of a week. Is there any way that these services can be put in a "calendar" and I can assign the days? I have seen that with the events I could, but I need there to be a minimum number of people to be able to do it, could a minimum number be set somehow?
Thank you very much for your time
Best regards
Hi It,
Thanks for reaching out to us. There is an option to configure the recurring appointment for each service individually. You can find this under settings, it's called "Set recurring appointment". This will allow you to configure the option for recurring appointments on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
In other words, your customers will have the option to choose if they want their appointments to be recurring, depending on the configuration. Please note that this option is not mandatory, which means that your customers can choose to skip this if they want to.
Please, let me know if this is what you are looking for or if you need assistance with anything else.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

It's a bit more complex, I need to set up the services on specific days at specific times.
Or set up the Events in some system that allows me to set a minimum number of attendees.
I don't know if there's a way to do something similar.
Hi It,
You can configure the special days in employee settings. By default, the work hours for a specific employee are repeated weekly, but if you configure the special days, the timeslots would be visible on those specific days.
