This is a very interresting possibility, but it would be really better if we could specify a title, and description common to all occurrences, AND a specific subtitle for each occurrence.
Example: Il will prepare an "Entreprise creation path" training in 5 lessons, in 5 different days. So I could have:
Day 1: Entreprise creation path - Defining the context Day 2: Entreprise creation path - Defining the challenge Day 3: Entreprise creation path - Studying the market Day 4: Entreprise creation path - Developing the solution Day 1: Entreprise creation path - Selling the product
And in the customer agenda, for each occurrence, he would have all the necessary information.
It would be even better if we could have a specific subtitle AND a specific complement of description.
Do you think you could implement that feature ? Thanks in advance
I'm afraid we don't understand what exactly you want to achieve and what exactly is the issue? Can you explain in a little more detail and send us some screenshots or a short one-minute video?
With the services, Amelia also give the possibility to create packs, with a predefine a number of different services that compose them.
With the events, there is no "event packs" like trainings where the provider cant program and sell a number of different events. This would be a very interesting new feature, but not to difficult as that mechanism already exists with the services.
Am I more clear ? This not something that does not work, but an helpful improvement :-)
Thank you for the additional explanation we understand it better and events have a completely different way of function and logic so this is not as easy to implement as you may think and for that reason, we have not implemented it yet. We honestly can not say at this time if the events packages feature will be implemented or not in Amelia due to technical difficulties and way how events works. Perhaps we will find a way in the future but this will not be any time soon I'm afraid.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
