So we use Amelia for online booking for our barber shop. We have 2 different time lenght for our service: 30 minutes and 1 hour. But I just realized that I can't make a reservation for any time of the day with the 1 hour service and I don't know why or how could I fix it. I guess its some kind of automatic smart option to don't leave spaces where only a 30 minutes service could fit it in, but I need to solve it and make it work that 1 hour service should be booked any time of the day doesnt matter it leaves enough time space for other services.
Thanks for reaching out to us. There is an option in General settings called "Use service duration for booking a time slot". If this is enabled, then the timeslot would be the same as the service duration. In other words, if you have selected service that is 1h long in backend, it will display the timeslots on 1h, if you have a service that is 30 minutes long selected, then you would see the 30 minutes slots.
For example, service duration 1h30 for this service
Hi Stefan! I see and understand that part of the system, but my problem is if I have a 1 hour service and a colleague day is empty or just half full, why I cant book the 1 hour appointment on 9:00 o'clock or 9:30 o'clock for some reason only 1 option is available but I want to let my customers if they want to book for 9:30 a 1 hour appointment it will possible not just 9:00 o'clock and 10 o'clock, I need 9:30 and 10:30 too for 1 hour services too. For example on my picture why I cant book a 1 hour appointment at 11:00, 13:00 and 14:00?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks for the credentials and apologies for the delayed answer. You need to have the "allow admin to book at any time" option enabled since otherwise, Amelia will recognize the employee work hours
It's working now, as you can see, you can choose the timeslots. Please, double check and let me know if it works.
This is not what I looking for, because I want to book in employees work hours just like a customer and I checked as a customer one of my employee day "Bence Simonyi" for "Hajvágás + szakáll" service (which is 1 hour long) at August 26th but I still can't book for like 10:30 or 11:30 start...
