Is there a way to change the amelia sms contact number, not the sender ID but the actual phone number? Also is it possible to use your existing number with amelia sms?
You can only send notifications from our account and you can only use our number to do that. But there is option alpha sender that you can use to change what it will show.
Certain countries don't allow alpha sender id or require a registration before it can be used (including Australia). Unfortunately, our integration does not currently support registration. Serbia does not require this and that is why it is showing on our test messages.
