Hello
Does this plugin allow displaying a consultant/specialist who has agreed to be available for calls, for example, from 1 AM to 5 AM? For instance, if a client selects "Computer is broken" on the website, will it show the consultants who are currently available and can be contacted by phone immediately?
How are employees and consultants added? Is it possible to make the registration public and include a questionnaire about skills and experience during registration? Can consultants specify the topic they are most proficient in and the times they are available to work? For example, can a consultant log in and set that they are willing to answer questions for the next five hours?
The plan is to use your plugin to connect those in need of help, with solution providers.
Hi Tanel,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me explain how Amelia works. First, you need to configure the employees and services. Employees need to have the work hours configured since the timeslots displayed on the front end depend on the employee work hours. On the booking form, the first step is the service selection step and based on this selection, customers would see the available timeslots. By default, a customer needs to enter his information such as first name, last name, email and etc, but you can collect additional information from customers using the custom fields. I recommend checking out our demos to get a better understanding of how Amelia works. You can also take a look at our documentation, but of course, if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
