Hi there! I have a question regarding the services included in the packages. I've created packages with services that are already active and others that will be available in the future. I've hidden the services that aren't active yet, but even though they are hidden and don't have any assigned slots, the customer can still see them in their package. I was under the impression that the customer would only see them once I added them to the weekly schedules of the instructors.
I did this because with Amelia, if I add new services to existing packages, these services are only valid for customers who purchase the package from that moment on. If Amelia were able to add the services to packages that have already been sold, this wouldn't be an issue. Could you suggest how I might resolve this problem?
