We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello!
1- Why doesn't the "Settings" tab appear? Is there any way to correct it? I have updated the plugin and it is still the same.

Hi Stefano,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please, find the answers below
1- Why doesn't the "Settings" tab appear? Is there any way to correct it? I have updated the plugin and it is still the same.
This could be because of the user role permission. Only the admin should have the option to see the settings in the backend, but it could be that you have multiple user roles assigned and this is creating a conflict. Make sure that your WP user has only one user role assigned.
2- In the events section is there any possibility that when registering a person can register 2 or more? But I need the data of all the people to be completed, not just one, meaning that the fields marked in yellow should be repetitive. Could you explain to me how to do it?
This is possible by enabling the "bringing someone with you" option in Event settings. If you configure the capacity to 2 or more, you will see this option.
To collect the information from additional people, you would need to use custom fields. The Custom Fields feature gives you the option to add more fields to your booking form so as to customize it to best match your business needs. The customer’s first and last name, email address, and phone number are there by default, but with the Custom Fields feature you can add extra fields if you want to ask a customer a question, collect additional personal details, or for any other reason.
For appointments, these fields will appear on the Booking form under the default fields, and once your customer fills them this information will be shown in the appointment information on the back-end.
More information on this link.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Hi Stefan, thanks for your response.
"Settings" tab still does not appear even after deactivating all other plugins and role settings, I understand that it may be something related to that, but is there a way to force this tab to appear?
In relation to registration, I understand what you are telling me about "custom fields" and also "bring someone", but I would need a more dynamic way, there are opportunities that will have to add 1 person and other times 15, I would need the fields They are added as they are needed, or failing that, the possibility of showing more forms in a registration. Thank you.
