Is there a way to add a note that payment has already been made via Mollie when exporting bookings through Outlook? When I use the placeholder '%appointment_price%', it shows the full price, even if the booking has already been paid. I already tried the placeholder %appointment_deposit_payment%. It shows nothing
I'm afraid we don't understand what exactly you want to achieve and what exactly is the issue? Can you explain in a little more detail and send us some screenshots or a short one-minute video? If it is paid with this placeholder %appointment_price% it will show what ht price for this appointment is. This is how it works. It shows the price that you have set for this service.
I want to ask if there is a placeholder for outlook, that tells me if an appointment is already paid or not. Otherwise I always have to check in Amelia if it is paid already.
No, there is no such placeholder but since you are using online payment they can not book unless they pay at the end of the booking process. Yes, when you use cache payment is done outside Amelia and Amelia can not check if this is paid or not so not sure that this is possible hopefully it is.

Hello Marko,
as long as I only use online payment you are right, but if I would also allow cash it would get confusing. I will suggest it. Thank you.
Best regards
