In the frontend employee panel, when I try to register a new appointment with one of the customers, informing client, category, service, date and hour, the new appointment does not appear in the employee panel, as if it was not registered.
I discovered that if was registered for another employee (provider). My ID in the user table is 1 and the appointment was registered with a providerid of value 12, the same as the serviceid (in this case, another employee userid).
I tried with another service (serviceid=11) but the providerid is still registered with te value of 12. And the last userid with a provider type in the user table is 14.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I could not replicate this issue from my end, thus it would be great if you could provide me with the screen recording of this whole process and I will assist you with this.
