I have found the following issues within package management in Amelia.
If I set a “no show” label on a client within their package…the “no show” label is applied to all the meeting participants on that day. Everyone even those who attended the appointment are displayed as “no show” within their packages.
If I try to cancel an appointment for one client within their package because they notified they would not attend (before or after the appointment)… the cancellation will apply to all the group appointment and Amelia will automatically cancel the zoom meeting and provide a new ZOOM appointment ID.
If I press the "pencil" edit button for an appointment within a package, a blank page appears (see image) and I cannot edit anything...
In sum, I do not know how to place a “no show” tag to one client within their package without affecting everyone…or how to cancel the appointment for only one client within their package (so they won’t miss their appointment slots),...I want to do this without affecting the whole group meeting for all the participants.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

While waiting for the credentials, I went ahead a tested this on our support server. We have identified an issue with the appointment status change. While you can change the appointment status to "no show", it actually marks the whole group appointment status to "no show", but actually, if you open the group appointment, you can see that only a particular appointment is marked as "no show". I will forward this to the developers / QA team for further testing.
Regarding the blank tab, this usually happens when there are mixed roles conflicts in the backend. That means that your WP user might have multiple user roles assigned such as admin, employee, or manager. There should be only one user role assigned, so you can check this.
You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward. Regarding the first issue, i will double-check with the developers but this is most certainly identified as an issue.
Please, let me know if it works when you double check for mixed roles.

Apologies for the delayed answer. I've had to escalate this to developers for investigation. The strange thing is that even If I create a new account with an admin user, it still doesn't let me edit the appointments.

Could we install the phpMyAdmin plugin and export our tables so we can check what is missing in our local environment and try to reconnect the data manually? Alternatively, you could create a duplicate of your site using the All-in-One WP Migration plugin and send it to us so we can debug it locally.
After further investigation, we have identified that this is related to the first issue that we have discovered previously. The appointment cannot be opened when it is booked as part of a package and group appointment. We are looking forward to fixing this in future updates. Unfortunatelly, we don't have an ETA at this moment, but you can follow the changelog to keep up with the updates.
Just another question: Have other clients reported the same problem(s)?

I'm not sure if my colleagues already saw this reported, but I'm seeing this issue for the first time. It's not something that is occurring on daily basic, certainly. We will make sure to fix this as soon as possible.
