I am interested in establishing full 2-way synchronization between Amelia and Google Calendar. It is essential for me to have the capability to reschedule or cancel appointments not only from the Amelia admin console but also directly through Google Calendar.
Can this be achieved using Zapier or other webhooks? If so, could you provide the steps necessary to set this up?
Additionally, if this functionality is not currently available, do you have plans to implement full 2-way sync with Google Calendar in the near future?
Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. Suppose you reschedule the appointment using Google Calendar. In that case, that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Google Calendar as well.
As this has not been integrated from our end, there is no way to do this via webhooks either, but we will implement this option in the future but there is no ETA on this.
