I am having some trouble understanding why my recurring events close for booking earlier than I set them. I want events to close for booking 3 hours before the event starts, but it seems to close them anywhere from 4 to 5 hours beforehand.
Also, I can 're-open' an event for booking if I have manually canceled it, but NOT if it has reached the auto-close time frame. What if I want to manually override that setting and force an event to "open" for booking?
Okay, so even when I manually change the "Booking Closes at" time, it does not show the event as "Open." Once it becomes "Closed," it seems to remain so forever.
With this setting, that booking should become "Opened," from what understand?
Is there some other setting I'm missing, perhaps in my general settings? I have bookings set to close 2 hours before start time. I even tried extending far beyond that, to no avail.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Okay, I figured out my problem. It was my site General time set at UTC+0 instead of Chicago time.
BUT, now I have a new issue. How can I make ALL my recurring bookings shut off 3 hours before start time. It seems I am limited to shut them off via a date, meaning ALL recurring bookings shut off on the time AND DATE of the very first instance.
There's a way to set this restriction for Appointments in the General Settings, but I would also like this feature for Events.
We are glad to hear that you found the issue but when you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
We do not understand what do you mean by "How can I make ALL my recurring bookings shut off 3 hours before start time"

Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Time slot can only close on a time that you set. The times can not vary unless you are looking from a different time zone that is set on your devices.
Also, you should be able to reopen event if you enable this option and change it
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

Filmed a video reply. My side is not behaving the same as yours. Must be a setting on my end, but I can't figure out what it would be.
