Hello, we have configured wpamelia on our site. And on the url, we added the short code to display the employee connection form. When connected as admin to the site, the form is displayed. But when you switch to private browsing, the form is not displayed. On the other hand, the customer login form is displayed in both cases. We've cleared the site cache, but this doesn't fix the problem for the employee login form.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue occurred.
Thanks for the access. The booking form is visible only when you are logged in, but in most cases, this is related to the caching plugin issues. I couldn't find any caching plugins, so I can ask for the staging site to investigate this with the developers?
Strange, but for some reason the employee/customer panel forms are not loading, whereas the step-by-step booking form is loading properly, as it should. Let me consult the developers regarding this.
Will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
This is definitely a cache issue since the page is working for logged-in users. Also, it's not only Amelia's scripts that didn't load on the page but a lot of others as well.
We also found this error in the log: "Failed to connect to Memcached server!" You might want to reach out to your hosting provider, they may be able to help you with this issue.
Thanks for the feedback, but have you reached out to your hosting provider? It's not just about this plugin, it's about the caching issue. You can ask your hosting provider to do a deep cache cleaning and that might help.

Thank you for your feedback,
We've disabled mencached but that doesn't solve the problem.
