Hello I am in need of support on how to configure the available hours for the services and employees. I reached out already and still haven't found a solution. I want the exact availability to be from 12pm to 12am every day. The service duration is 4 hours so every day should have 3 time slots available. 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm, and 8pm-12am.
Can you please provide clear instructions on how to accomplish this? My client just launched the site and I dont want her to miss any bookings.
Hello Brian,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Here is how to do this:
- Set work hours from 12 pm to 12 am each day.
- Set duration of service to be 4 hours
- Enable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option on the Amelia/Settings/General page.
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
