    Hello guys!

I would like to get some support from Amilea. I cannot see the appointments inside Wordpress. I can make appointments on the front-end only.

What is going on? My client purchased this plugin because I told her that Amelia was the best booking plugin.

If you need to access the website, I can grant you access so that you can see by yourselves that it is not working.

My host server is Siteground. I already deactivated all plugins to check if Amelia would work but I did not succeed to create an appointment (on the back-end) or see the appointments that I had made (on the front end) inside Wordpress on the calendar and appointments section.

Please help me out. I am about to make another spa website and I am stuck now because your plugin does not work anymore.

    Kind regards,

    Rafael Fernandez

P.S/ I can see a few things on the dashboard but not on the calendar or appointment sections. Please see screenshots.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you please check in WordPress users if you have several roles added to this user? For example admin and employee or employee and customer. etc. Or if this user has the same mail as other user for example admin/manager and employee or employee and customer. etc. Please check if you have customers with same mail as your admin or employee. This can happen if you test book on the front end while logged in as admin. When you test book you need to book from incognito mode.

If this is the case then you should know you can not be Admin and manager to admin and employee, etc at the same time since this leads to conflict within the plugin. You need to have only one role per user only admin or only manager or only employee. Every role has different permission and if you combine them Amelia can not function properly.

You need to disconnect other roles from that user and that mail and to create a separate user with separate mail for each role and make sure to purge the cache afterward.

After that Amelia should work properly again. Please do that and let us know how it goes.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

    It worked! Thanks a lot.

I would like to ask something else.

My client bought the lifetime packaged which cost $197.10 (Standard Lifetime). She would like to get the pro package ($296). The difference to be paid should be $98.90. However, I only see the option to pay $296 instead of $98.90. Who can help us out?

    Kind regards,

    Rafael Fernández

    Hello again,

You are most welcome, and we are glad that we were able to help you.

Directly upgrading Lifetime licenses purchased after June 1st, 2021 is currently not possible, but you can, of course, acquire a new license and receive a refund for the previous purchase. You would need to purchase a new Lifetime License and reach out to us through a ticket, posting both purchase codes in a PRIVATE ticket, and our support managers will refund the amount of the originally purchased license retroactively.

    Looking forward to your reply.
