I am attempting to have an Employee in Amelia with an Outlook 365 account from an external domain sync their Amelia Employee calendar with their Outlook 365 calendar from their organization.
We keep getting error messages that the employee does not have rights to access the resource and that permission from an administrator is required to access the resource.
All employees within our domain that the Microsoft Entra ID application was created on have been able to sync successfully.
First, is this even possible to do with the Amelia app? Or must all employee Microsoft 365 accounts be on the same domain as the calendar app's Microsoft Entra ID is created on for the calendar to sync?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Each employee can be connected to his own Outlook Calendar / Google, but each employee can be only connected to the same calendar, as well. It looks like this could be an issue with the user role permissions. Please double-check the user roles assigned in the WP user section. Can you please provide some screenshots of the issue you are seeing? Also, we have explained the process of connecting to the Outlook Calendar on this link, you can double check.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Each employee can be connected to his own Outlook Calendar / Google, but each employee can be only connected to the same calendar, as well.
