We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

Sorry in advance for my english. I'm french, in case of somebody speack french in your team.

I'm interested by your plugin amelia. But I think i don't use it in casual way. I'm piano teacher, and i would like to give ponctual availabilities to futur customers. I'll never have recurring availability. For exemple, my availabilities can be :

    next MONDAY : 9:30 - 10:30, 14:15 - 15:15, 15:30 - 16:30

    next TUESDAY : 12:45 - 13:45, 13:45 - 14:45

    and so on...

And i make my planning only the week before. So with a vision to my customers of one week.

Unfortunately i can't see any mean to do it.

In general settings, I've set 15 minutes.

In service : my service duration : one hour

And i tried to use in provider settings : specific days. But even if I set 2 are 3 different availabilities the same day, i just can see one for this day in front end.

If I can do it, I will use Amelia, but if i can't, unfortunatly Amelia will be useless for me, I'll have to find another plugin. It should be a pity, because Amelia seems great and good looking.

I really hope you can unlock me !!!! :) Thanks !!!

    Cedric.

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can set work hours however you like.

The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.

When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:

My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.

You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.

In your case since you can plan a schedule only for a week an advance the best option is to use special days option and you can read more about it on this link

https://wpamelia.com/configuring-schedule/ Please note that not all option are available in Lite version so to test Amelia proeply you need to purchase a full version.

You can buy our license and try Amelia out. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee, and in that period of time, you test everything and see if Amelia fits your needs.
