We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Add discounts or coupons manually

    Hello! In my business at the moment we only receive cash payments and sometimes we give discounts before payment at the branch to the client.

    I already have the coupons option configured, but in the payment area it does not allow me to manually apply coupons. I need your help please, 

    Is there a way to add coupons to the sale manually?, Is it possible in the appointment area?

    I have the coupons option configured and when I want to add a new appointment manually, the option to apply coupon does not appear

    Can you help me please?

    I'll show you a photo, if you can see the boxes, none of them tell me "apply Coupon"

    (my configuration is in Spanish) Cliente, Categoria, Servicio, Ubicacion Consultor, Fecha y hora

    Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not available in Amelia. You can not apply them from the backend the only way to do this is to book from incognito mode as a customer on the front end. At this time what you want is not possible I'm afraid.
