I am having issues with the customer panel. I follow the link on the email to access the customer panel and continue to receive the box that tells me that it is the incorrect email or password. I do not have my events password protected. I also want to have my events and customer panel on the same page for ease of use. Can you help me?
Thanks for reaching out to us. First, of all make sure that the customer panel is configured properly. You can follow the instructions from this link. Make sure that you are not logged in as a WP user already (such as admin or etc). [ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1 events=1] if you want to show both Appointments and Events,
Thank you, I think I have figured out that it may be easier to have my clients set up a password for their account. Do you find that works smoother? They seem to have a problem with the token as well as losing the customer panel on their device. Also, there seems to be quite a delay with receiving emails for the customer link. I am hoping this will work better. Thanks for your help.
That's up to your personal preference, but I guess the credentials would be the better option. As for the delay, this could be an issue related to the email settings. Are you using SMTP protocol for email settings? We certainly recommend using SMTP settings. You can find more information on this link.
