We have recently detected that customers make reservations, complete the orders with the corresponding payment in woocommerce, we get the order from woocommerce, but the "reserved" slots are not increased in the corresponding event (the one chosen by the customer, nor are the reservation notifications sent to the customer).
We need that once the reservation is requested and the payment/order is confirmed through woocommerce, the client is automatically incorporated to the corresponding event, and at the same time receives the notifications that we have configured.
Furthermore, we have detected the problem, because we receive the order notifications from woocommerce, but not from Amelia (we have configured to receive a copy of everything).
We are waiting for your comments, it is important that we can solve it as soon as possible.
Please check if that product is connected with Amelia in services edit service payments and also please send us screenshot of your WooCommerce rules if they are set properly you need to set a rule for each status.
We would need also to test this so please give us 100% off WooCommerce coupon and please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We have tested this and we booked this via WooCommerce and with your coupon and the customer immediately appeared in the events attendees as well as others that you have already. You can see that in the screenshot
As far as we can see all is working fine and there are no issues on your site. You can see that we used WooCoomerce and that this customers showed in that event.
