Hi, i still have the issue som maybe the fix was for something else regarding the go back button. As you can see in the screenshot it is in regards to the back button in the stage where you can see the services within the category, and when it is clicked, everything appears and no redirect is initiated.
Well, this is the first step of the catalog booking form and the back button works. If you go through the steps and then you want to go back, you just click on "Go Back" button and it reverts back to the previous step. Unfortunatelly, there is no option to change where this button would redirect.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

Thanks for the credentials. Apparently, this is an issue with the back button, but for the current workaround, you can use this CSS code
#amelia-container div.am-fcil .am-cat__header .am-fcil__filter-buttons > div > div > button { display: none; }
This will hide the back button, but just for the first page, so if a customer clicks on a service, he can still go back to the first page
Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
If you need help with adding custom CSS to the page, please take a look at this article.
When a user click the go back button enough times in the catalog booking form, the amelia interface completely dissapears.
Is there a way to choose where this button leads on the last go back button click?
Hi Odin,
Thanks for reaching out to us. This has been fixed in Amelia 7.5.
Please update to this version (at least) or to the newest one and let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

Yes but the back button goes to a blank page. Is there any way to fix this?

Just wanted to update -
Actually, you can just check this option - "Skip Categories step"
It would be much easier than applying the CSS code.
