just setting the software and I need to setup multiple events with bookable timeslots, how do I go on about doing that.
i did read that I need to do it as a service, is that the only way?
i'd like if I can to create it as an event. example a 3 days equestrian event where customers can book to have their test video at 0915 in arena 1 on day 2
Thank you for reaching out with your question. Setting up multiple events with bookable time slots can be done in a couple of ways using our software.
While it is possible to create bookable time slots as a service, there is indeed another way to achieve this by creating it as an event. Here’s how you can go about it:
Creating an Event with Bookable Time Slots:
Create the Event:
Navigate to the Events section in your dashboard.
Click on "Add New Event."
Enter the details for your event, such as the event name, description, and dates.
Set Up Event Details:
Specify the start and end dates for your 3-day equestrian event.
You can also add any specific details about the event, such as location, pricing, and any other relevant information.
Add Time Slots:
Under the event settings, you can create multiple sessions or time slots for each day.
For example, on Day 2, you can create a time slot at 09:15 in Arena 1 for customers to book their test video.
Repeat this process for each specific time slot and location as needed.
Enable Booking for Time Slots:
Ensure that each time slot is set to be bookable by customers.
You can customize the booking settings, such as the number of available spots for each time slot.
Publish the Event:
Once you have set up all the necessary details and time slots, publish the event to make it available for booking.
Example Setup for a 3-Day Equestrian Event:
Day 1:
Time Slot 1: 09:00 – 10:00 in Arena 1
Time Slot 2: 10:15 – 11:15 in Arena 2
...
Day 2:
Time Slot 1: 09:15 – 10:15 in Arena 1 (Test Video Booking)
Time Slot 2: 10:30 – 11:30 in Arena 2
...
Day 3:
Time Slot 1: 09:00 – 10:00 in Arena 1
Time Slot 2: 10:15 – 11:15 in Arena 2
...
By using the event creation feature, you can easily manage multiple time slots for your equestrian event and allow customers to book specific times and locations.

I very much appreciate your reply and step-by-step procedure.
In relation to the timeslots,
Is there a way that they can be automatically added in 10 or 15-minute blocks? starting from the event start time?
The reason is that I want to only have 1 bookable time slot throughout the day (per photographer). they go for 3 minutes and only want to cover one at a time and have time to set up at the other arena. (Hence for the 10-15 min blocks depending on the event place.) Obviously, if I have 2 onsite I will set up 2 booking slots at the same time. ( so in other words bookable slots depend on employees working on the day)
I might go back to creating it as a service category for the event and add services and allocate them to that event. (seems like it will get a little messy that way though!)

Hi Uros,
I very much appreciate your reply and step-by-step procedure.
In relation to the timeslots,
Hello Rodney,
Unfortunately, with events, there is no option to automatically create time slots for events as you will have to manually add each event date/time.
Please let me know if you need further assistance ono how to set this up.
