I am building a page for a tourist facility that has a guide. The guide can take a group of 50 people with him. Is your plugin able to offer such a solution so that it is possible to book seats until they run out? do you have any demo with such a solution?
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can configure the number of seats (capacity) for both services and events. For example, one customer can book an appointment and choose how many additional people will come with him. If you want to configure the events, you can also configure the particular number of slots and people can book the event until the maximum capacity is reached. You can find our demos on this link.
Please, let me know if you have any other questions or issues.
Thank you for your reply. I checked the demo presented and did not find my case. The only thing I saw was that the Event system works as described. Reviewing the backend edition in the demo https://sports.wpamelia.com/ I noticed that the service cannot be reserved several times for one handler. The customer, of course, can take more than one person during one booking, but it is not possible to re-book on a given date. Unless I am wrong?
It can be done, but it's actually a different process. If you want to book multiple customers on the same timeslot, you would need to edit the existing appointment and add the customers there.
In this way, multiple customers will be added to the same timeslots. For customers, on the front end to be able to do this, you would need to make sure that the maximum capacity is set to more than 2 and the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity" is enabled in Appointment settings. This will allow your customers to book the same timeslot multiple times.
