When I export attendees from an event it shows them all as paid. There are attendees in the exported list that have cancelled and been funded. In the attendee list as well as in the finance tab it shows refunded. The list is pulling from incorrect data or is pulling old/incorrect data. How can this be fixed.
Yes, they did pay via online through Amelia. That's a bit confusing for some of the people who we have using the information that is exported from the plugin. That the backend shows refunded, but the exported attendance list shows paid.
We use, and I assume most people may with regards to events, the attendance export during the effect as a method of verifying people have checked in. I would assume this list would be up to date with only paid participants or at least indicate a participant was refunded and should not attend.
When you have multiple people working in Amelia, it's not always known by all if someone cancelled or refunded a payment and seems like that should be showing through the attendance list so there is no need to double the work or need to double check the list is correct.
Apologies for the delayed answer. Just double-checked with the developers / QA team. Apparently, the status column hasn't been added when we've added the refund option. This has been forwarded already and added to the roadmap. We will be fixing this in future updates.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Are those appointments paid with online payment methods? They should be recognized as approved and paid
If you, or a customer cancel an appointment, it will be still recognized as paid, but the status will be changed to "rejected"
