Hi, I want the employee can approve own appointment. I set default appointment status to Pending. What I expect is if customer book an appointment, employee can login from frontend panel to approve the appointment. But now when I login frontend employee panel, I got dropdown to change status to approve but the appointment status still remain pending, only admin able to change the appointment status to active. Kindly advise how employee can change own appointment to approve status? Thank you
We managed to replicate this issue on your end now by creating new customers and employees. It is strange that this option works by canceling appointments but not for approving them.

The problem here is the minimum capacity of the service:
We created a new employee and scheduled an appointment for service ID 1 for him. We tested the status update from the employee panel, and it's working as expected. The booking has an approved status, but the appointment is still pending because you set the minimum capacity to be 50. Therefore, it won't change status until this condition is fulfilled.
We deleted the test appointment and employee after this test.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
You need to enable them option that they can manage their appointment in role settings
Then they will be able to change the status of the appointment. YOu can see how to achieve this in the video that we are sending you.
