We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Instead of booking for a single person, and then asking if that person is bringing more people along, how could I possibly have the visitor book for X persons directly?
For example, if they need to book an experience for a family of four, instead of booking 1+3, they should be able to book directly for 4.
I realize that there's value to the existing option and there are scenarios that this option is best fit for, but it generates a lot of questions and misunderstandings in cases of multiple person bookings, like family experiences.
If this option is not available in the existing version of Amelia, then a free or paid addon to add this option would be highly appreciated.
Thank you guys.
Alex
Hey Alex.
I agree with you completely and so does our management. However, at this time, it is not possible to change this behavior. They did create a task for our developers to change this, but it is a significant change that requires code revision so it will take time before it is implemented.
At this time, I don't have an ETA on it, but I will forward it again to our management and development teams, so they are reminded about this. Hopefully, they will be able to implement it soon but I can't promise anything.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again Alex.
It appears that this change will be implemented with our next minor update (7.7.1):
Please keep an eye out for the update and you should see this in the settings page under the Appointments section once the plugin is updated.
Kind Regards,
