Dear Amelia team,
If I make changes to the email notifications, they are not displayed in the outgoing emails, even though it says that they have been saved.
No matter what changes I make to the email notifications, none of the changes are applied. For example, I added the cancellation link as in the tutorial. This is not applied either. I also tried the latest update and nothing changed there either.
I use SMTP to send emails. I have already deleted the cache from the website - but there has been no positive effect.
I would like help.
Hi Kevin,
Thanks for reaching out to us. My first guess is that you might have additional languages added and thus you need to select the template in notification section. In the upper right corner, you will see this option, so you want to double-check.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
