With Amelia's Locations - Can a practitioner be available in several locations and when a booking is made each location calendar is synced to the correct time zone to remove any possibility of booking at another location's time?
E.g. Practitioner is Available in a UK and USA timezone, when a patient books in the USA the same time slot is removed in the UK to prevent double bookings.
An employee in Amelia needs to be assigned to a default location (let's say New York). In the working hours of the employee, however, you can assign the employee to multiple locations, so he covers NY, London, Kolkata, and Tokyo.
Each employee can inherit the time zone from WordPress, but you can also define a time zone in the employee's profile. So, if this employee is physically in NY, that time zone should be configured in his/her profile, and the corresponding Working Hours should be filled in. So, if the employee works from 9 AM, New York time, that'd look like this in other locations:
That is, if you enable the "Show booking slots in client time zone" option in Amelia's General Settings.
So, while the employee, living in NY works from 9 am - 5 pm, the time would be adjusted for every time zone in the world. As soon as one appointment is booked (anywhere), that time slot is blocked in the employee's schedule and no one else can book that time slot. It'd just be adjusted to the time zone, but it will work correctly.
