Hello, I have installed Amelia on my website and went thru the tutorials to activate it. I started a youth basketball training business and would like to get my clients to book thru the website. I am the only employee/trainer. My question is how can I make certain services only available at specific times?
For instance, I created a category called Group Training. Then within that category, I created several services of the different groups i am offering. 6/7th grade boys, freshman girls, 7th grade girls, etc.
I would like to offer the 6/7 grade boys on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday ONLY at 3pm. Freshman girls are ONLY Tuesday and Thursday at 10am. How do i do this?
Because i am the only 'employee', it just shows any of these services are available as long as i have my active hours set. So again, i am just wondering how i can set specific services to be allowed at certain times.
The current form is located at the following link...
Thanks for reaching out to us. You can configure the employee work hours for each day of the week in employee settings. You need to go to the employee settings, open Work Hours and there you can assign the service and configure the time for each day of the week.
Unfortunately this is not what I am asking. I am wondering how I can limit certain ‘services’ to be available at specific times since I am the only one working. Since I am working all the classes, I am trying to limit the class availability, not my availability.
Again for instance, I would like one group to only be available M, W, F at 3pm. Another group to be available T, Th 11am.
Or in a non-sports example. I want yoga class 1 to be available on a certain time slot, and yoga class 2 to be a different time slot.
There is no option to limit service availability since the availability comes from the employee work hours. The services won't be even visible on the booking form if you don't have the employee work hours configured (the employee who is assigned to those services)
So, if groups are going to be services actually, you can assign all of them for each day of the week, assigning the time period. For example, if you configure 3 PM to 6 PM Monday, service "6/7 grade boys", your employee will work on this service, in other words, once a customer select this service, he will only see that the Monday is available.
Hi Stefan, yes that solved the problem! In the Work Hours section I am listing the hours available coupled with the associated service. Exactly what i was looking to do. Thank you!
