Hi Support Team, here are some issues that we are facing, we really appriciate your help :)
1. We need to schedule booking availability to only some time slots, on specific days (ex: every Wednesday > service 01, 4 time slots with maximum 4 bookings allowed, service 02, 1 time slot with max 4 bookings allowed ) how we can do something like this?
2. We need some service offer only on every Wednesdays, how we can schedule this with amelia ?
You set this all in emplyoee work hours. The availability of the service is defined by employees' working hours, so you would need to edit those in order to achieve this.
When you go to Amelia/Employees, and select that employee, go to the Work Hours tab. In there create several working periods. For example:
My employee would work on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 08:00 - 10:30, on "Second" service from 10:30 - 15:30, and then again on "Service 1" and "Service 2" from 15:30 - 24:00.
You'd be adding these periods by clicking on the blue + sign next to the name of the day, in the top right.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
1. You can not. Events have priority and if you add an employee to an event that last for example from 09 to 15 the a services and appointments can not be booked with that employee in that time period. You can not have employee on events and services at the same time. Events can be created and used without employees so perhaps it is easier for you to not add employee to an event
2. Perhaps you can use it WooCommerce. Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe, WooCommerce, RazorPay and Square.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
